I am Proud to have been born and Raised in “Canada’s Prettiest Town” Goderich, Ontario located on the shores of Lake Huron having much to offer those thinking of either retiring or raising their family in the serenity of a small town atmosphere. Having spent my early years and after graduating Westervelt College with an Honours Degree in Business, I decided to settle and raise my two boys were I could enjoy peace and security knowing many of the wonderful residents of our beautiful Town.
As I have always enjoyed meeting new people and welcoming new friends, Real Estate is a market that allows me to do just that. After more than 6 years as a Realtor, I have helped many new friends and old friends make the most important decision of their lives. When you work with me you can count on personal attentive service, excellent knowledge of the area, great negotiation skills and expert selling strategies.

Having grown up in the area, on a dairy farm near Auburn, the fond memories of going off “adventuring” with her siblings, bike riding, wandering in the woods and floating down the Maitland River on a homemade raft gives Nicole a true sense of what life in Huron County is really all about. Nicole had her taste of big city living, studied journalism and worked in printing and promotions, but when she moved back to Ontario’s West Coast with her son, she rediscovered the pleasure of living in small town Ontario.This is now her permanent home and by joining Westcoast Realty Group Inc., Nicole is excited to help others discover this treasure. Whether you are new to the area, looking to grow or downsizing, Nicole looks forward to working with you!
About Wanda Dawe

Raised in Newfoundland, Wanda enjoyed the numerous intangible benefits of community life in close proximity to nature’s boundless beauty and, with her move to Goderich, Ontario in 2015, she fully appreciates this region’s unsurpassed weather, culture and diversity. Wanda completed her doctoral degree in Philosophy as a mature student at University of Ottawa, Ottawa in 1998. She returned to Newfoundland to launch a successful career as a Personal, Professional and Business Consultant and also owned and operated a full-service Salon/Spa serving the Avalon Peninsula. She went on to assist her clients as they pursued healthy, happy and successful lives and businesses and as owner/operator of the salon/spa, she was awarded the NLOW Entrepreneur Award of the Year, 2007 Eastern Region.
An active and connected community worker and volunteer with Hospital Foundation/Board and Schools, Wanda is enthusiastically looking forward to similar community volunteer activity in Huron County in the coming years.
